Responsibilities

• Assisting in building and maintaining strong relationships with mortgage brokers and clients
• Learning how to use UWM’s Easiest Application System Ever (EASE), programs, products, guidelines, and processes
• Participating in client meetings, calls, and presentations to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
• Working alongside your Account Executives to deliver up-to-date information about the latest products, resources, and industry updates
• Supporting the Sales Team in preparing sales materials, proposals, and presentations
• Assisting in tracking sales metrics, analyzing performance data, and generating reports to support decision-making
• Conducting market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and provide insights and recommendations to the Sales Team based on research findings
• Gaining a thorough understanding of UWM's products and services, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients
• Working on a summer-long project adjacent to your business lane with other Summer Team Members

Qualifications

• Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in 2025 or 2026 (current junior/senior status)
• The ability to work Monday thru Friday, 40-hours a week, fully on-site in Pontiac, MI from the end of May to mid-August
• An openness to learning, willingness to be coached, and ability to be flexible in our every-changing industry
