Toyota Racing Development Internship

Toyota Racing Development (TRD) inspires the hearts and minds of racing fans by advancing automotive engineering and maximizing racetrack performance. We are seeking a motivated and high-performing student to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative, and goal-oriented environment.

As a TRD intern, you will be an integral part of the team and take on meaningful work that is both educational and impactful. Throughout your internship, you will have the opportunity to:

Key Areas of Learning & Responsibility:

• Recruitment and hiring support: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist with candidate communication.
• HR administration: Maintain and update employee records, manage HR documentation, and support data entry tasks.
• Onboarding and employee relations: Assist with new hire orientation, support payroll information collection, and help respond to employee inquiries.
• Programs and events: Help coordinate employee engagement activities, company events, and HR-related projects.
• Policy and compliance: Support HR policy implementation and help ensure compliance with internal guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information responsibly

This position is located in Costa Mesa, CA and is not eligible for relocation assistance.
