Job Summary

This position is located in Beloit Wisconsin. Our family-owned and operated company produces casting tooling for the agricultural, oil & gas, and automotive industries, with an increasing emphasis on pump and valve markets. We pride ourselves on our quality, on-time delivery and our pattern engineering expertise, as well as our reputation for dedicated customer service.

The pay range for this position is $18.00-$22.00 per hour based on experience.

This position is full-time, M-F, 6:30am - 3:00pm, 40 hours per week with overtime potential!

We are looking for a competent Sand Printing Technician to work in a team environment to meet the fast-paced production requirements and quality objectives of the company.

3D Sand Printing Technicians are skilled professionals, able to work with concentration and precision. They must be responsible and comply with all safety guidelines. A keen eye for detail and great mechanical aptitude are also essential.

The goal is to produce high quality sand molds and cores utilizing advanced 3D printing equipment.

3D Sand Printing Technician Responsibilities:

• Daily sand printer cleaning and maintenance
• Printed sand part excavation
• Printed sand part de-powdering
• Being alert to opportunities to change equipment, methods, processes and procedures, which can benefit the company
• Maintaining a working area which is neat and orderly
• Preparation of product for shipping or delivery
• Ensuring proper resources are available
• Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with company standards
• Training new staff in machine operation procedures

3D Sand Printing Technician Requirements:

Required:

• Possess strong verbal communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Must have good attendance record and be on time

Preferred:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Forklift experience

Working Conditions:

The responsibilities of this position will primarily take place on a heated and cooled production shop floor with exposure to some dust, fumes, and noise.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to move around freely in a shop environment and stand for long periods of time. The need to lift and move heavy objects (50 pounds) will happen regularly.
