Position Overview
As an Account Manager at Terrayn, you’ll be the trusted partner for our dispensary clients, helping them grow their businesses through creative and data-driven digital marketing strategies. You’ll oversee the entire client experience, from understanding their needs to ensuring their campaigns hit the mark. Compensation Structure: Base Salary ($52,000 - $65,000) + Monthly Bonus Plan
This position can be remote in all states (excluding MA and CA).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships with dispensary operators, ensuring they’re getting the most out of their digital marketing campaigns.
  • Design and implement digital marketing strategies that drive sales and growth (we’re talking SEO, SEM, email marketing, social, and more!).
  • Be the voice of the client and collaborate with our internal teams to deliver the best possible results.
  • Stay on top of cannabis industry trends and regulations to make sure all campaigns are compliant and innovative.
  • Report and analyze campaign performance, using data to continuously optimize and improve results.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for your clients—always available to answer questions, provide insights, and offer creative solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects, keeping clients happy and campaigns on track.
  • Bring your knowledge of the cannabis industry to the table to advise and guide clients toward smarter marketing strategies.
  • Help clients grow their business and become their go-to marketing expert.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who We're Looking For:

  • 2-4 years of experience in an Account Manager or client-facing role (bonus if it’s in the cannabis industry).
  • Previous experience working with dispensaries or cannabis-related businesses is a plus!
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
  • Familiarity with standard performance metrics in digital marketing (impressions, clicks, click-through-rate, conversions, etc.) and reporting formats in various digital channels.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset—able to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Must be very organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • A passion for the cannabis industry and staying on top of trends and regulations.
