Responsibilities:
Maintain and update clients' QuickBooks Online accounts on a monthly basis, ensuring accurate classification and reconciliation.
Prepare both business and individual income tax returns , ensuring compliance with current tax laws and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide consistent and exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
3-5 years of experience in tax preparation and general accounting.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online required.
Experience with ProSeries software is a plus.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Office 365 .
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
