Job Title: Accounting Clerk
Pay: $20.00-$22.00hour
Location: Goshen, CA
Schedule: Full-time, long-term opportunity must be able to start right away
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk to support our finance and logistics operations. This full-time position is based in Goshen, CA, and plays a key role in managing receiving applications, verifying contract details, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage receiving applications by verifying shipment details and applying them to the correct contracts.
Set up and maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
Verify contract terms and ensure accuracy of contractual details.
Process intercompany transactions as needed.
Enter orders and generate release numbers.
Provide logistics support when necessary.
Review vendor invoices and assist in the collection of accounts receivable.
Reconcile and manage offsite inventory records.
Support the Merchandiser/Trader with administrative and operational tasks.
Provide customer service and resolve account inquiries.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, and daily position reports using internal systems.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or logistics support preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Must back background and drug test
