• Monday - Friday from 8am to 4:30pm

Pay:

$20.00 per hour

Once hired:

THIS IS NOT A PART-TIME JOB!

What You'll Do:

• Handling the mail
• Maintain organized files and documents
• Process invoices and follow up with clients and partners as needed
• Process accounts payables and receivables, including invoice entry and payment processing
• Assist with payroll processing and employee incentives
• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
• Assist with office management tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years’ experience with general office work
• Prefer some A/P, A/R experience.
• A positive attitude and a team player mindset
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting/bookkeeping practices and processes
• Computer knowledge and experience using accounting software
• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Thrives working both independently (a self-starter) and collaboratively
