Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Schedule routes.
2. Generate daily route sheets and invoices
3. Coordinate, scheduling and mailing renewal notices.
4. Answer phones.
5. Enter all new customers into the computer.
6. Update production boards daily
7. Initiate and maintain customer-care programs which include telephone surveys and follow up on extra services
8. Update and maintain office manuals.
9. Assist branch managers in special projects as necessary.
10. Communicate with technicians and sales staff of any changes to their schedules and/or work
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Good written, verbal, follow up and telephone communication skills.
2. Abilities to sell and communicate.
3. Excellent human-relations skills- a sense of humor a quick smile and a thick skin.
4. Basic skills in reading, writing, and math
5. Must remain open and flexible to changes in the industry, as well as the growth and evolution of the branch office.
