Our client, an industry leader in aerospace manufacturing, is seeking a Aerospace Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Aerospace Quality Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting aerospace and industrial seal applications. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Aerospace Quality Inspector- DIRECT HIRE - $57K-$68K
Location: Hanover, PA
Pay Range: $27.83 - $32.72
Shift: 2nd shift (3PM to 11PM Mon-Fri) and 3rd shift (11PM to 7AM Sun-Thurs)

What's the Job?

• Perform inspection steps as outlined on inspection sequences and drawings on aerospace and industrial components.
• Use prints, sketches, process sheets, etc., to ensure work is within specifications and conformance.
• Conduct quality testing to verify compliance with specifications.
• Visually inspect products for defects or irregularities.
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork related to inspections.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working within a manufacturing quality role.
• At least 1 year of experience with precise measuring equipment and devices with tight tolerances.
• Ability to read and interpret dimensional blueprints.
• Ability to work on any shift and follow safety protocols.

¿Cuál es el trabajo?

• Realizar pasos de inspección según las secuencias y dibujos de inspección en componentes aeroespaciales e industriales.
• Utilizar planos, bocetos, hojas de proceso, etc., para asegurar que el trabajo cumple con las especificaciones y la conformidad.
• Realizar pruebas de calidad para verificar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones.
• Inspeccionar visualmente los productos en busca de defectos o irregularidades.
• Mantener registros y documentación relacionados con las inspecciones.

¿Qué se necesita?

• Diploma de secundaria o equivalente.
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en un rol de calidad en manufactura.
• Al menos 1 año de experiencia con equipos de medición precisos y dispositivos con tolerancias estrictas.
• Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos dimensionales.
• Capacidad para trabajar en cualquier turno y seguir los protocolos de seguridad.
