Salary: $158,500 - 186,000 per year Requirements:

• I am seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
• Education: A Master's or PhD degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in architecting Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence solutions across various domains.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Generative AI, reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, and decision-making algorithms. Proficient in Python and modern AI frameworks is essential.
• Cloud & Tools Expertise: Experience in deploying solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business process automation with the ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of developing scalable, high-performance AI solutions within Agile environments, showcasing attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
• Consulting Skills: Exceptional collaboration and leadership abilities alongside consulting or enterprise experience in various industries. Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagements is required.

• As a Solution Architect at Cognizant’s Advanced AI Lab, I will expect you to:
• Design & Implement AI Solutions: Lead the architecture and execution of Generative and Agentic AI systems across sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, and finance to facilitate intelligent, autonomous business processes.
• Optimize with AI: Leverage generative models (like GPT, Gemini, and Claude) along with agent-based AI to automate intricate workflows, enhancing productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Clients: Partner with stakeholders to pinpoint high-impact AI opportunities, revolutionizing traditional workflows into adaptive, self-managing systems.
• Ensure Solution Delivery & Scalability: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee scalable, reliable, and high-performing AI implementations, from initial concept to ongoing optimization.
• Lead & Educate: Conduct client workshops and training sessions, respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), draft Statements of Work (SOWs), and provide mentorship while remaining abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies.
