Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Aluminum Tig Welder to join their team. As an Aluminum Tig Welder, you will be part of the production department supporting skilled trades. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Aluminum Tig Welder

Location: New Castle, PA

Pay Range: $20-25/hr based on experience

What's the Job?

• Perform TIG welding on aluminum components with precision and quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Conduct quality checks on welded parts to ensure compliance with specifications.

What's Needed?

• Experience with TIG welding, particularly with aluminum materials.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Willingness to work Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
