About the Position Archive Coordinator shall support DSCA in finding, organizing, and storing data on security cooperation programs including identifying appropriate databases to store such information and updating codebooks to enable building relationships between different data (i.e. aggregating, creating parent-child relationships, translating one authority's lexicon into another authority's). The analyst will also support DSCA's ongoing development of systems used for storage and visualization of said data. The Archive Coordinator will additionally guide initiatives and collaborate with leadership regarding means to organize monitoring and evaluation data.
Responsibilities - Advising the PIE within DSCA on relevant and appropriate ways to include deliverables developed by the contractor which would be beneficial to share via Socium
- Facilitating discussions surrounding new AM&E requirements shared by multiple AM&E subject matter experts (SMEs)
- Upload archival and new deliverables to relevant parts of Socium. In some cases, this may require cleansing unstructured data to convert and upload into SOCIUM; data processing; extraction, transformation and loading (ETL); data exploration, data modeling, preparation of custom data algorithms, and creation of data visualization
- Reporting any bugs found in the testing or production environment to the PIE team within DSCA responsible for overseeing Socium
Qualifications - 7 years of experience (2 or more of them in a government setting) in identifying necessary software needs, developing and implementing the latest security procedures and protocols for data management, creating protocols for the retrieval and analysis of ongoing data storage, troubleshooting any data-related problems, and overseeing and managing a team in the day-to-day use of data systems
- 7 years of experience (3 in a government setting) in analyzing the SC activity archiving needs of SC organizations and types of AM&E SMEs, facilitating agreement of priorities among information system users (e.g. Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), Socium, Global-Theatre Security Cooperation Management Information System (G-TSCMIS), Security Cooperation-Training Management System (SC-TMS), Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), Regional Center Persons/Activity Management System (RCPAMS), Command and Control of the Information Environment (C2IE), TED, CFR, etc.) creating beta-test plans for beta testers, identifying potential problems and risks, establishing and maintaining a risk management program for beta testing, designing, implementing, coordinating, and managing the beta testing process, refining existing beta processes in order to more efficiently track and prioritize issues discovered during the process, working with AM&E SMEs to deliver beta feature documentation, and monitoring, measuring, identifying, and prioritizing issues discovered during beta testing, communicating the status of AM&E development, testing, and use in Socium periodically and as needed
- 3 years of experience in Security Cooperation or international programs or projects in the security sector for a national organization, an NGO/IGO, the UN, or private industry
- Active Secret security clearance

When developing a range, Dexis evaluates compensation holistically, triangulating between external market research, our budget for the position, and internal equity to arrive at a figure that is fair and competitive. Offers within this range will be based on an individual candidate's qualification, relevant education and experience, skills, performance, and organizational needs.

$84,000-$89,600 USD
