As an Entry-Level Assistant Event Manager , you’ll learn the essentials of event coordination, team leadership, and campaign management . You’ll support daily event operations while developing the skills to manage events independently and advance into management roles.
Assist with planning, organizing, and executing live fundraising and promotional events
Support Event Managers with scheduling, logistics, and on-site coordination
Engage with attendees, share campaign information, and represent nonprofit partners
Guide and motivate team members during events
Track event performance and complete daily reports
Ensure events meet brand standards and partner expectations
Maintain a high-energy, professional presence at all times
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with people
Natural leadership potential and a desire to grow into management
