Additional $1.50/hr. for working 10pm-6am

As an Assistant Hospitality Manager, you'll oversee customer satisfaction by managing inventory, preparation, promotion, production, service, and sales. You'll also step in to lead operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Store Manager in recruiting, selecting, training, and managing the performance of your team.
  2. Participate in staffing decisions.
  3. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  4. Ensure compliance with Sheetz policies and procedures among your team.
  5. Follow up on feedback from customer service evaluations and audits.
  6. Maintain outstanding customer service by managing transaction efficiency, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.
  7. Ensure completion of end-of-day tasks.
  8. Manage stock levels through proper placement, pricing, and merchandise replenishment.
  9. Lead profit management initiatives, overseeing processes such as shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, and vendor relations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Preferred: Two-year degree in a business-related field.
  • Successful completion of certification testing as necessary.

Experience:

  • Preferred: One year of supervisory experience in a fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience environment.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • ServeSafe certification.
  • Any other legally required certification.
