Dallas defense litigation firm seeking associate attorneys with experience in defense litigation.

**This position is a fully remote position. The successful candidate must be located in the Austin, Texas area and will attend hearings and depositions. Candidates must have experience with working independently in a remote environment.

Candidates should be dedicated and detail-oriented to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in writing skills, discovery and motion practice. This role requires the ability to take depositions, attend hearings, argue motions, and effectively litigate cases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis on various cases and legal issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, case status reports, and other documents.
• Assist in the preparation for trials and hearings; attend as needed.
• Continuous and effective communication with counsel, clients, and courts.
