Associate Dentist – Graham Family Dental Care
Location: Graham, WA
Graham Family Dental Care is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our growing team. We’re dedicated to providing high-quality, conservative care to our community while ensuring every patient feels comfortable, informed, and confident in their treatment. With a supportive team, a loyal patient base, and a modern 10-operatory practice, this is a great opportunity for a doctor looking to build a long-term career in a collaborative environment.
Position DetailsCompensation: Collections based pay structure (opportunity to earn $200,000 - $300,000)
Schedule: Full-time (4 days/week)
Monday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: Alternating 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Flexibility to extend hours as needed
Start Date: Within 90 days (or sooner based on availability)
Average New Patients/Month: 70
Experience: 3+ years of clinical experience required
Education: DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
Licensure: Active Washington State dental license (or eligibility)
Preferred Skills:
Implant placement
Invisalign/orthodontic treatment
Endodontic procedures
