What You’ll Do:  

  • Create Masterpieces: Use the latest spray equipment and proven techniques to inspect, prepare, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces.  

  • Dazzle Customers: Work at automotive dealerships, rental agencies, and auto auctions to deliver everything from simple touch-ups to repairing paint damage.

What You Need:  

  • Auto Painting Experience: 1-2 years preferred.  

  • Vision Abilities: Close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.  

  • Communication Skills: Interact with customers and build accounts.  

  • Manual Dexterity: Perform repetitive-motion tasks with precision.  

  • Work Ethic: Self-motivation and independence.  

  • Grit: Work outside in all kinds of weather.  

  • Physical Stamina: Kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 pounds.  

  • Valid Driver’s License: A good driving record is a must .

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

The starting compensation is expected to be:

$50,000-$150,000/year
