We’re looking for talented barbers and stylists who are passionate about their craft and excited to join a team that values quality, connection, and community. At G.O.A.T. Haircuts, relationships are at the heart of everything we do—ensuring both our team and our clients feel like the “Greatest Of All Time.”

This isn’t your average haircut spot. G.O.A.T. Haircuts combines vintage charm with a touch of luxury. Our clients enjoy professional, full-service cuts, along with eyebrow, nose, and ear waxing, warm towel treatments, massage chairs, hair washes, straight shaves, beard trims, gray blending, beard washes, facials, and more!

Our barbers and stylists are trained in both timeless techniques and the latest trends—including advanced razor work. If you’re not yet comfortable with straight razor services, don’t worry—we’ll train you! You’ll be part of a fun, supportive, and professional culture, surrounded by a team that truly feels like family.

We’re hiring both part-time and full-time barbers/stylists who can consistently cover these hours:

Mondays: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Tuesdays: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Fridays: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Barber/Stylist Compensation Package:

Hourly compensation starting at $20+

Our barbers and stylists earn between $20 - $33 / hour

Includes base pay, tips, product commissions, and membership commissions

At G.O.A.T., we offer unique Memberships that provide clients with unlimited haircuts. Members can visit as often as they'd like, whether it's a quick touch-up or a full treatment. They have the flexibility to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their membership at any time.
