Assistant Clinical Director (BCBA) , BCBA I, BCBA II, and BCBA III
Behavioral Transformations provides ABA Therapy for children ages 2-17 years old, who are diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. We provide services in clinic and in-home settings. Behavioral Transformations is located just east of Dallas, Texas. We are seeking a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. (BCBA)
JOB PURPOSE:To help children who are diagnosed with Autism, developmentally delayed or at-risk children by providing multidisciplinary child and family assessments and interventions.
Candidates will be considered for an Assistant Clinical Director position.
The Assistant Clinical Director reports directly to the Clinical Director. Assistant Clinical Directors also have ultimate accountability for ensuring appropriate ABA programs are being implemented for each assigned child in his/ her caseload. To accomplish this, he/she provides behavior-analytic expertise, manages client, and parent relationships, and supervises a team of RBT/ABA therapists to ensure the quality execution of behavior-analytic duties.

Ability to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians with the BACB.
