Collaborate seamlessly with fellow ABA service providers.

 

Serve as a mentor and role model for your clinical team, exemplifying clinical best practices.

 

Guide the delivery of high-quality comprehensive ABA services by making informed decisions backed by data.

 

Exercise sound clinical judgment to meet learner needs, promoting meaningful progress.

 

Facilitate staff training, identifying crucial training needs and crafting effective training models.

 

Contribute to transparent client progress through meticulous documentation of behavior services and outcomes.

**What We Seek:**

 

Active BCBA certification.

 

2 years of experience as a BCBA

 

Experience in leadership roles is a plus

 

Capability to handle repeated lifting of 35 lbs.

 

Successful clearance of background checks, health screenings, immunizations, and drug tests.

 

Reliable transportation, a valid California driver's license, sound driving record, and proper auto insurance and vehicle registration.
