Job Description

Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, where you will play a pivotal role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers. You will have the opportunity to engage with customers, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions tailored to their needs.

This is a part-time position with a competitive starting rate of $15.45/hr, providing a chance for you to contribute to a vibrant team while achieving customer satisfaction and supporting sales goals.

Location: This position is based at Store #701058, located at 4630 Northfield Rd., North Randall, OH 44128.

In this role, you will:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding service.
• Assist customers both in-person and over the phone by identifying their needs and offering appropriate products and services.
• Build trustful relationships with customers, enhancing their shopping experience.
• Accurately process sales transactions following company policies.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain precise work order files and keep product formulas up to date.
• Pull appropriate products from inventory for customer orders.
• Tint and mix products according to customer specifications.
• Restock shelves and set up attractive displays.
• Keep store equipment clean and well-maintained.
• Assist with delivery tasks as required.
• Ensure designated areas are consistently in-stock and visually appealing.
• Stay informed about product offerings to provide informed recommendations.
• Adhere to inventory control procedures.
• Contribute ideas to improve sales performance.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• One year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service.
• Experience with paint and paint-related products.
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
