Join our team as a Bookkeeper which will play an important role in managing our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, reliable, and committed to consistently meeting deadlines.

• Maintain and update accounting records and files
• Analyze budgets and create expense reports
• Examine tax policies and handle tax payments and returns
• Post financial transactions in databases
• Reconcile bank statements and transactions
• Prepare and send invoices to clients
• Manage payroll processes
• Conduct monthly and quarterly audits
• Collaborate with external auditors and prepare financial statements
• Assist with preparation for annual audit
• Use bookkeeping software and enter information into company files or databases, ensuring that all financial records are complete and accurate
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Data entry and other duties assigned

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Strong math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
• Strong data entry skills
• Hands-on experience with accounting software, like QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
• This role is located at our Beverly Hills office and requires physical presence on-site.
