Privette Law Office is a dedicated law firm based in Willow Springs, Missouri, serving clients across Missouri, as well as partnering with firms outside of the state on cases. With a focus on personal injury, employment law, sexual assault/abuse cases, workers' compensation, and general litigation, the firm provides comprehensive legal support. Led by Zane Privette and Bailey Privette, the office is committed to advocacy and achieving favorable outcomes for its clients.

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Bookkeeper role located in Willow Springs, MO. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing journal entries, and working with accounting software. Additional duties include tracking transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting financial operations to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bookkeeping and managing Financial Statements
• Experience with Accounting Software and handling Journal Entries
• Solid understanding of Finance and basic accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Willow Springs, MO
• Relevant certifications or coursework in accounting or finance are a plus
• Must be able to pass an FBI background check and all random drug screening
• Must have NO criminal convictions (excepting traffic violations)
