Location: Atlanta, GA/ Charlotte, NC / Chandler, AZ / West Des Moines, IA and Irving TX,

Rate: $55-58/hr on w2

• Focus on Business Incidents.
• Incident Triage and Analysis: Monitor and assess incoming incident reports to determine severity and impact. Conduct initial analysis to identify potential root causes and impact on operations.
• Incident Response and Resolution: Respond promptly to incidents according to established protocols and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents efficiently and effectively.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of incident details, response actions, and resolutions. Generate incident reports and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Escalation and Coordination: Escalate incidents to higher-level support or management as necessary. Collaborate with senior incident management personnel for complex or critical incidents.
• Preventive Measures: Participate in the development and implementation of preventive measures to mitigate future incidents. Contribute to the improvement of incident response processes and workflows.
• Training and Knowledge Sharing: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging threats in incident management. Assist in the development of training materials and knowledge sharing sessions.
