Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Some OT available).
Pay Rate: $22 - $25/hour

Summary: Seeking an experienced Cabling Technician with expertise in wiring harness builds, cabling harness terminations, and small tool work. Prior experience working with mil-spec (military) type connectors is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and terminate wiring harnesses following detailed design specifications.
• Work with mil-spec connectors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Use small tools and hand tools for precise assembly work.
• Perform quality checks on completed harnesses to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in wiring harness builds and cable terminations.
• Familiarity with mil-spec connectors preferred.
• Proficiency with hand tools and small assembly tools.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and interpret technical design prints and schematics.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and reliability.
