Position Overview
As a Carpet Installer, youll be a vital part of our installation team, ensuring each project is completed with precision and care. Youll work hands-on in homes and commercial properties, transforming spaces and ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately measure, cut, and install carpet to match layouts and specifications
- Prepare and clean subfloor surfaces before installation
- Install carpet padding and secure seams and edges using industry-standard techniques
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and project managers
- Maintain a clean and organized work site
- Follow all safety and company standards
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in carpet installation (residential and/or commercial)
- Familiarity with flooring tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and finishing
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
