It’s always a GOOD day in SoCal! Primary Responsibility / Summary Performs grounds and landscape maintenance services at multiple Company and contract locations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Performs grounds/landscape maintenance services in a professional manner, providing neat, attractive appearance; duties include lawn care, planting, weeding, trimming, irrigation repairs, etc.

Maintains landscape supply inventory, anticipating needed supplies and notify supervisor when supply order is needed, to avoid delays in performing service.

Maintains all landscape equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established operating procedures.

Interacts cooperatively with customers.

Works cooperatively with team members, to accomplish duties in the most efficient, effective manner.
