Join Our Team as a CDL-A Team Van Truckload Driver!

Average Pay: $1,300-$1,590 weekly

Home Time: Every three weeks

Experience: All CDL holders welcome!

Overview:

• Drive a dry van truck with 95% no-touch freight.
• Travel throughout all 48 states.

Pay and Bonus Potential:

• Receive mileage pay and hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Holiday pay incentives available, earning up to $1,400 during November and December 2025.
• Get paid weekly along with performance bonuses.
• Sign-on bonuses available: $5,000 for experienced drivers and $2,500 for inexperienced drivers, distributed over 12 months.
• Orientation is paid.
• Accumulate paid time off after six months, plus receive six days of holiday pay each year.
• Annual bonus opportunities of up to 2% of annual gross pay.

Qualifications:

• Must be an established team.
• Possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Live within 60 miles of Birmingham, AL.
