We are looking for a customer service oriented customer support, assist and to manage non profit marketing campaigns throughout the area. Candidates should have a fundraising spirit and philanthropic heart and will be the liaison between the charity and the public!
The Charity Customer Support Representative will provide fundraising and donation information to the community and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best Customer Support Representatives and Managers are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re outgoing, engaging, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
