Overview:

The Audio-Visual Production Manager is responsible for organizing, coordinating and executing operations and events.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Operations Management: Serve as in-house contact for location provided and on-site staff.
•Overall sales: Quoting, presenting, and servicing A/V needs to the client.
•Driving revenues and profitability of assigned locations.

Responsibilities include but are not exclusive to :
•Employee relations and team development with location staff and colleagues
•Location and vendor relationships
•Project and event management
•Scheduling
•High level of customer service expertise
•Managing technicians and crew

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:
•Superior customer service: client and partnership satisfaction is top priority.
•Minimum of AA/BS or equivalent experience of three or more years of audiovisual technical

experience preferably in a hospitality environment with direct client interaction.
•Must possess good written and verbal communications skills and computer proficiency.
•Must excel at managing day-to-day operations in a technical environment.
•Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

•Ability to effectively communicate and interface with peers as well as executive level

management.
•Ability to work well under pressure.
•Excellent organizational skills, able to set priorities, and responsive to customer requests.
•Demonstrated ability to execute results against strategy and meet critical deadlines.

•Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic.
•Knowledge/experience in professional audio, video, lighting equipment and production services.
•Strong computer skills.
