About the Role
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead a network of sixteen charter schools and oversee a comprehensive adult learning environment affiliated with the Graduate School of Education. The CEO will be responsible for providing visionary leadership, fostering collaboration across all schools, and ensuring the seamless integration of educational programs and operational functions. This role requires the development and execution of strategic initiatives to advance the organization's mission of providing innovative, high-quality education. The CEO will work closely with leadership teams to promote student success and oversee the organization’s long-term growth and sustainability. Candidates must have a proven track record of leadership in education, with experience managing large, multi-site organizations, preferably in a K-12 or charter school environment. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic planning skills, a commitment to educational innovation, and the ability to inspire and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Experience in fostering professional development and leading adult learning programs is also highly desirable. Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential to driving the continued success of the organization's integrated educational network.
