We are entering a pivotal growth phase and seeking a visionary CEO to lead U.S. market expansion, capital formation, and strategic execution. Role Overview As CEO, you will report to the Board and lead execution across strategic direction, fundraising, investor relations, regulatory expansion, operational scalability, and global product-market fit. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a senior fintech executive with deep experience in digital assets, regulation, and capital formation. Key Responsibilities Define and execute a multi-year growth strategy across digital assets, payments, DeFi, and brokerage services Expand operations into regulated markets Lead organizational performance, innovation, and risk management Build cross-functional alignment and a strong culture of compliance, agility, and delivery Develop and maintain a scalable, high-performance operating infrastructure Lead capital raising efforts across equity and token structures Develop investor strategies and materials; conduct financial modeling and due diligence Build and maintain a robust investor network (LPs, VCs, family offices, crypto funds) Translate technical product strategy into compelling investor narratives Oversee data rooms, CRM systems, and investor communications Serve as the external face of the company for all equity/token stakeholders Navigate LPAs/PPMs, institutional due diligence, and allocator processes; leverage existing family-office/investor network Product & Market Expansion Drive go-to-market strategy and revenue generation for new product lines (e.g., stablecoins, lending protocols, cross-chain swaps) Target institutional clients including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and RIAs Lead business development, partnerships, and market expansion Align product development with evolving DeFi and fintech trends Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to scale effectively Compliance, Licensing & Operations Oversee global licensing, legal, and regulatory compliance (FCA, SEC, DFSA, etc.) Maintain governance and operational infrastructure Ensure systems are audit-ready and secure (risk, legal, tax, cybersecurity) Stay ahead of evolving blockchain and financial regulations Maintain regulator relations to telegraph global reach Leadership & Culture Build and inspire a mission-aligned, high-performance executive team Promote innovation, accountability, and agile execution Operate with a founder’s mindset and willingness to be hands-on Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and ethical leadership Reports to Board; leads a lean executive team Key Success Metrics Capital raised (equity and/or token-based) Revenue growth and product-market traction Institutional investor engagement and ecosystem credibility Team leadership and organizational maturity Ideal Candidate Profile Must-Have Qualifications: 10+ years in executive leadership within fintech, digital banking, or crypto Proven track record of raising capital from VCs, LPs, family offices, and institutional investors Deep knowledge of global regulatory frameworks (e.g., SEC, FCA, DFSA) Experience scaling financial platforms across jurisdictions Strong communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in DeFi, tokenomics, or blockchain infrastructure Familiarity with structures like ETFs, DAOs, staking, and digital custody Advanced degrees/certifications (MBA, CFA, CAIA) Previous experience as a founder or co-founder in crypto or fintech Core Competencies Strategic vision with executional excellence Global and regulatory fluency High integrity and governance orientation Strong institutional and investor network Comfortable operating in complex technical/financial environments Charismatic communicator and cultural leader Application : Please send your detailed CV and a cover letter to info@n7capital.com #J-18808-Ljbffr N7 Capital
