The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining clean, audit-ready financials, overseeing day-to-day financial practices, and developing systems to ensure financial visibility and audit success. This role also involves managing tax and compliance oversight, including K-1 distributions, and ensuring proactive and accurate tax payments. The CFO will play a key role in strategic financial execution, guiding the reinvestment of profits and managing related cap table adjustments, as well as supporting the executive team and maturing financial operations. Applicants for the Part-Time Fractional CFO position at the company should have prior experience as a CFO and a proven track record in managing K-1s, taxes, and corporate compliance.
