Schumacher Homes , the largest custom on-your-lot homebuilder in the country, is hiring a Chief Technology Officer to lead the next chapter of our consumer digital experience. This position will be located at our headquarters (2715 Wise Avenue NW, Canton OH 44708) and will report to that location daily.
Under the general direction of the President, this position is responsible for the digital customer experience, as well as the creation and maintenance of all technology products that serve both internal & external customers. This person oversees the information technology and digital teams.
We are looking for a digital leader who knows technology. We need someone who understands customer-facing systems and can be an effective business partner at the executive level. Someone who has the confidence and experience to manage the desires of those strong personalities.
