- Partner closely with the sales and integration teams to accelerate adoption, guiding customers through evaluation, validation, and implementation with strategic and clinical insight.
- Lead product demonstrations, education sessions, and Proof-of-Value programs that both inform and inspire — blending teaching with influence to create confidence in the company’s solutions.
- Influence decision-making across departments by connecting clinical value, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency in a cohesive narrative.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure our customer engagements reflect the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
- Represent the company at conferences, customer events, and key opinion leader discussions, positioning the company as a trusted partner in advancing preventive and predictive breast care.
Preferred Traits and Experience - Deep understanding of breast imaging, oncology, or women’s health — ideally through clinical, technical, or medical device experience.

- High emotional intelligence and relationship-building capability; earns trust quickly through authenticity and professionalism.
- Proven ability to work effectively across sales, clinical, and technical teams to advance adoption of new healthcare technologies.
- Strategic thinker with an educator’s heart and a commercial mindset — equally passionate about patient impact and market success.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant clinical or technical field required; advanced degree or prior experience in breast imaging, diagnostic devices, or health system engagement preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to engage with customers on-site.
