Join a well-established commercial roofing company based in Tampa. With decades of industry experience and a reputation for excellence, we're looking for a Commercial Roofing Construction Manager to lead projects and teams to success.

About the Role:

As a Construction Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of commercial roofing projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and closeout. You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple commercial roofing projects
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed
• Lead and mentor field crews and supervisors

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing or construction management
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, Mod-Bit, etc.)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• OSHA certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
