This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Health and Safety Manager located in Cortland, NY. The role involves developing and implementing health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) regulations, and conducting safety training sessions. Responsibilities include identifying and mitigating occupational health risks, conducting inspections, and ensuring workplace safety standards. You will collaborate with teams to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.

• Strong understanding of Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and EHS regulations
• Experience in conducting and leading Safety Training sessions and promoting a culture of safety
• Certification in NEBOSH (or equivalent) and proficiency in safety management systems
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate safety controls
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a high-pressure environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field is preferred
