This is a fully  onsite position , providing you the opportunity to collaborate closely with a dynamic team.

Compensation:

What You’ll Do as a Construction Project Manager:

\n\n

• Lead with purpose: Oversee multiple projects from start to finish, delivering exceptional results.

\n\n

• Collaborate for success: Partner with internal teams to define project scope and objectives.

\n\n

• Own the process: Design timelines, track progress, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

\n\n

• Stay proactive: Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

\n\n

• Drive results: Set performance goals, manage resources, and document team learnings to enhance future projects.

\n\n

What Makes You a Perfect Fit?

\n\n

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in construction management or commissioning electrical systems, power generation equipment (including generators), MEP, or industrial systems (preferred).

\n\n

• Strong  communication and organizational skills , with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

\n\n

• Thrive in a  fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

\n\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.

\n\n

• A passion for delivering high-quality results and a proven track record in project management.

\n\n

Work Environment:

\n\n

This position is fully onsite at a Manassas, VA location. Candidates must be available to work in person during regular business hours.
