We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller based in Whitehouse, New Jersey. As a Controller, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, financial management, financial analysis, budgeting, and payroll processing.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the process of monthly invoicing and manage collections of Accounts Receivable
• Handle vendor records, record invoices, process payments, and gather necessary compliance documents in terms of Accounts Payable
• Oversee bank accounts, manage fund transfers, deposits, and reconciliations
• Carry out monthly reconciliations, closing, and financial statement reporting
• Conduct monthly forecasts and perform financial statement analysis
• Prepare the annual budget
• Administer payroll processing, including updates, benefits, and 401K plan administration
• Handle unemployment claims, garnishments, and government compliance surveys
• Process employment verification, track PTO, and administer employee benefits.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficiency in QuickBooks

• Experience with Paychex Payroll preferred
