Quintessentially Travel is the luxury travel consultancy and sister company of the Global Luxury Lifestyle brand, Quintessentially. Quintessentially Travel is seeking a full time Corporate Travel Coordinator (9:30am-6pm, Monday-Friday) who wants a hands-on experience in luxury travel and customer service for a corporate incentive account.
Daily tasks include:
- Booking high volumes of prepackaged incentive trips based on client’s preferred dates while maintaining budgetary requirements (no flights)
- Managing the inbox for incoming trip booking requests, and reaching out to clients via email to organize trips
- High level communication with VIP clients
- Organizing and logging details of trips on a project management platform
- Inputting self-booked client flight details to each itinerary on Travefy
- Creating and sending final itinerary documents and necessary travel information to clients
- Editing itineraries due to last minute changes/cancellations
Requirements
- Excellent professional written and oral communication and organizational skills; attention to detail is key
- Proactive, eagerness to learn and deliver excellent customer service
- Work in a fast-paced environment and juggle high volumes of trips simultaneously
- Multi-task/prioritize effectively
- At least one year of trip-planning experience
