We are seeking a 2nd shift Production Supervisor in Monroe County, Wisconsin , to join their leadership team and develop their management skills. This company is a well?known food manufacturer that has been providing fresh locally processed, high?quality products for 30+ years.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach the team to success, ensure manufacturing productivity and efficiency for the shift.
• Collaborate with other night shift departments.
• Follow and enforce all policies and procedures, both company and regulator.
• Ensure safety of all employees.
• Troubleshoot and work with Maintenance team.
• Communicate with the Management team on shift performance and production, both planning and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a food manufacturing facility, preferably dairy.
• Highly motivated, with great communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform all manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity working with data management programs.
• Strong understanding of GMP's and Food Safety.
• Leadership mindset, great communication, and drive.

Compensation

Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr.
