JOB TITLE: Data Entry Clerk

EXPERIENCE: Entry-Level

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (including, but not limited to)

 

· Accurately input, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.

 

· Organize and digitize records, documents, and files to ensure easy retrieval and secure storage.

 

· Review data for errors or inconsistencies and work with team members to correct any issues.

 

· Assist with generating basic reports and summaries based on collected data.

 

· Support administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, and maintaining file organization.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

· Basic computer skills

· Clear and professional communication

· Strong organizational skills

· Quick and accurate typing skills

· Punctual and timely

· Careful with sensitive information
