Job Duties may include but are not limited to-

• Takes personal ownership of business portraying a positive role model through professional dress, demeanor, and language.

• Primary responsibilities are team leading, training, AR, and daily operations. Focusing on getting tasks done and accomplished daily.
• Responsible for achieving all budgeted goals and objectives and demonstrates perseverance and a quality work ethic by a willingness to learn and invest the time to achieve results to see our vision and mission as a company.
• Adapts to changing business conditions and quickly develops the actions to produce results.
• Ability to objectively assess current team members and provide honest, constructive and consistent feedback.
• Retains team, trains, and is a team player for all team members to respect and go to
• Inspires office enthusiasm during morning huddles and weekly meetings.
• Maximizes office team performance through consistent and effective coaching and feedback
• Adapts to change quickly and adapts accordingly
• Can Manage a team of 10-15 team members
• Dental Knowledge and Management for a minimum of 3-5 years
