Also, we pride ourselves in matching the apprentice with the most successful mentor that can give you an opportunity within the mentors company using trial tasks on developing on the apprentices strengths rather than its weaknesses. Lastly, Acadium is a hands-on program that works remotely online with the mentee and mentor.
Apprentices Job Responsibilities:
Attending the given Apprenticeship(s) for 10 hours a week, and participating in as many learning opportunities as possible.
Devoting time to the mentoring relationship and interacting often with the mentor of the given Apprenticeship(s).
Working remotely in the comfort of your home any place else where the Apprentice desires with a laptop and strong internet connection.
Keeping a log of everything learned for the end of apprenticeship review between the mentor and mentee.
