Kelly is seeking a direct hire Digital Marketing Specialist, for a non-profit humanitarian organization that helps those in need located in Irving, TX. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning data into actionable insights, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality blog posts, landing pages, and multimedia content.
• Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structuring.
• Monitor website performance and recommend content improvements to boost engagement and conversions.
• Develop compelling email and SMS marketing content for targeted campaigns.
• Conduct regular SEO audits and implement strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
• Work with developers to resolve technical SEO issues and enhance website performance.
• Build and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Stay ahead of SEO trends and algorithm updates to maintain competitive rankings.
• Develop platform-specific strategies to grow followers and drive engagement.
• Manage social media calendars, schedule posts, and create content tailored to each platform.
• Launch and optimize paid social media campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Engage with followers and foster community growth through active social media management.
• Implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and email platforms.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM platforms for reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, content marketing, and social media management.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Hands-on experience in content creation, including blog writing, social media, and email templates.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and analytics.
• Experience managing paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Umbraco) and basic HTML knowledge.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Hybrid schedule 3 days in office (able to select the days in office)
• Salary: $70,000 a year
