Who You Are:

As a vital member of the SportRx Marketing team, the Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving brand awareness and customer engagement through effective digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is skilled in digital marketing tactics, possesses excellent organizational skills, and communicates effectively. What You Will Do:

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

• Assist in the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing plans that align with company goals.

• Conduct market research and analysis to spot trends and opportunities.

• Collaborate across teams to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies.

Campaign Management:

• Organize and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and events.

• Develop and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

• Track and analyze campaign performance; provide insights for improvement. marketing materials.

Content Creation and Management:

• Collaborate with the Social Media Specialist to create engaging content for various channels (blogs, social media, website).

• Partner with design and video teams to produce high-quality marketing visuals.

• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging.

Digital Marketing:

• Optimize and calendarize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media ads, and email marketing.

• Monitor website analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies.

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends to keep the company competitive.

Event Coordination:

• Assist in planning and executing company events, trade shows, and webinars.

• Coordinate logistics for events, including venues, vendors, and promotions.
• Track event performance and gather feedback for future improvements.

What we are looking for:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or 5 years of digital marketing experience in lieu of a degree.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a marketing coordination/specialist role with a proven record of successful campaign execution.

• Skills: Strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent organizational abilities, and high attention to detail. Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

• Proficiency: Experienced with marketing tools (CRM systems, email marketing, analytics) and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills with a talent for compelling content creation.

• Creativity: A creative mindset and keen eye for design, with familiarity in event planning as a plus.
• Technical: Skilled in tracking/analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud). Familiar with standard office software (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
