Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Madison, WI, with opportunities for occasional remote work.
The Director of Finance will oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis across all communities. Key responsibilities include developing budgets, preparing financial statements, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring accurate reporting.
The role involves strategic financial leadership, contributing to decision-making for operational improvements and long-term goals, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance
Expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to perform data-driven decision-making
Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
Leadership experience in financial management, preferably in healthcare or senior living industries
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
Experience collaborating across interdisciplinary teams to achieve business objectives
