As a Director of Partner Relations within PNC's Linga organization, you will be based in Naples, FL.

Job Description
  • Manages the service delivery strategy and day-to-day work activities of the implementation team that provides client implementations, client service and technical support for the business.
  • Supports the client-facing activities in the delivery of products. Oversees contract management, implementations, technology support, business operations and oversight of our overall service delivery strategy. May contribute to product design and development.
  • Monitors and implements process improvement efforts within the business.
  • Serves as a final escalation point regarding complex implementation issues raised by service partners and clients. Communicates challenges to the appropriate internal service partners including executive management to ensure positive ongoing client experiences.
  • Manages implementation staff. Directs, motivates and develops key staff by maximizing their individual contribution, professional growth and ability to function effectively with other areas of the bank.
