Requirements | High school diploma or equivalent + Accurately work with numeric filing (up to 16 digits long) + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Document Control Specialist Responsibilities
- Sorting mortgage documents by loan number
- Filing back documents in a large file room warehouse environment
- Copying and scanning documents
- Pulling requested files from shelves for shipment back to clients
- Running items to different departments
- Auditing files for accuracy
- Performing data entry
- Labeling boxes
Physical requirements include lifting 50 pounds, using a 2, 3, and 6-step ladder, and standing the entire shift .
Shift Options
- 1st Shift (6:30 AM - 3 PM) $17 per hour
- Mid-Day Shift (10:30 AM - 7 PM) $17 per hour
- 2nd Shift (3:30 PM - 12 AM) $18 per hour
- Monday - Friday (Must be able to work full hours)
