Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Seeking a detail-oriented Document Control Specialist to manage and maintain accurate documentation in a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with GxP standards.

• Perform routine document archival, retrieval, and reconciliation tasks to ensure compliance with GxP regulations and organizational standards.
• Maintain the organization and security of on-site and off-site archival storage, ensuring proper chain of custody for all documentation.
• Support audit and inspection activities by assisting with documentation requests and adhering to company SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Here’s what you’ll have:

• Bachelor’s degree in sciences, engineering, or a related field preferred, with 1–3 years of relevant experience in a regulated environment.
